File contains letter from a concerned citizen about the activities of Mankind United.  She claimed it had Nazi sympathies.  After Pearl Harbor, it was learned this organization was mapping cities to show the locations of airplane factories, shipyards, railroads, radio and police stations, hospitals and bridges.  Its founder, Arthur L. Bell and other Mankind United members were indicted.
