"I had a talk with Calcutta Lynch & Co. whom you had given all the samples. As I expected--they either did not want my co-operation or share things with me or they thought as they expressed to me that 'you were merely spreading business propaganda for Western products who were financing you. About analyzing "Foam Powder--they said they can not do that without knowing proper proportions of chemicals involved. So I dropped the matter there expecting to talk over things with you in Bombay."

Says he will meet with Miss Khandwalla this week and see whether she can offer cooperation.
